- I tend to support small local businesses, the so called "Mom and Pop" businesses, because I know the knowledge and service are usually better. This was no exception. We needed a crib for my grandson visiting from Minnesota and Diana came through for us with flying colors. When you deal with a merchant for the first time over the phone or through the internet, you are never really sure what to expect. My daughter placed the order over the internet. After speaking with Diana on the phone to set up a delivery time, I felt confident this would work out well. She was very accommodating with my tight schedule. When she delivered the product on time, we were presently surprised at the quality and cleanliness. After the holiday passed, again, she showed up as scheduled to pick up the crib. Outstanding performance, friendly service, excellent quality - what more can you ask!. Thank you Diana.

- When friends flew in from Gibraltar we needed a car seat and Diana came through for us. Even when their plans changed and our guests arrived a day early, Diana arranged to deliver the car seat when and where we needed it. The equipment was spotlessly clean and came with installation instructions. Diana's commitment to customer service and "Can Do" attitude are remarkable . I most strongly recommend her company to anyone who needs her service.

- Diana: You were the first to return my phone call when I was calling around to rent baby gear, and I can’t imagine having a better customer experience. The two cribs were like-new and my children were thrilled to have such great beds for their twins. Since the kids are climbers, these sturdy cribs took all the worry out of leaving them in their own room at night. The highchairs were spotless and made meals a pleasure. You also found a balance bike for us: Happiness is having a bike for a four-year old when he gets bored! You said you would drop everything off at 10 am and you did exactly that. You carried the beds upstairs, put the highchairs in the kitchen, and set everything up and showed us how they worked. You also picked everything up as scheduled. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with you, Diana, and I would give your service a 10+ out of 10.
